About us
Lindsey and Bryan have both earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice from DePaul University. Lindsey is currently a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with 6 years ICU experience as an RN. Bryan is a Family Nurse Practitioner with the last 6 years working as primary care provider.
Lindsey and Bryan Met in 2008 while completing undergraduate prerequisites for nursing. After practicing as RN's they unknowingly ended up attending the same Doctoral program.
Today, Lindsey and Bryan have found a common passion for health optimization. As avid gym members of a functional strength training facility, it became apparent that people needed help to not only improve their health, but also have the ability to physically perform at their best. We want to help people achieve their Next Phase of Health.
